Description: This
position requires a seasoned veteran capable
of assuming the management responsibilities of
a land surveying office. The ideal individual
will possess substantial organizational, managerial
and day-to-day, hands-on, technical and production
skills necessary for the efficient operation
of a land surveying business. Typical projects
include construction layout, boundary, topographic
and design surveys. Duties include scheduling,
planning, marketing, client relations and management
of personnel and resources. |

Description: The
position of project manager requires both field
and office experience. The individual we
are seeking will coordinate the activities of
two or more survey crews and one or more cad
technicians. Experience in research, calculations,
scheduling, organizing, quality control and client
relations is a must for this position. Duties
will include the management of specific land
surveying and construction projects from start
to finish, including proposals, research, assembling
support data for the field crew, processing and
verification of collected field data, preparation
for cad technician, and quality control of survey
drawings. |

Description: We
are seeking a highly experienced individual capable
of managing the field layout of one or more construction
projects. The ideal candidate will have
an intimate working knowledge of all types of
construction projects and be able to read and
interpret plans, including civil, utility, architectural,
structural and mechanical. This position
requires excellent organizational skills and
meticulous attention to details. Must be
able to supervise a field crew in the layout
of any item necessary for the construction of
the project. Typical projects include parking
lots, storm drainage, sanitary sewers, roads,
bridges, and high rise buildings. |

Description: Position
requires experience in all aspects of land surveying,
including boundaries, topographic surveys, data
acquisition for FDOT and other engineering base
maps; GPS experience helpful, but not required.
Must have working knowledge of field calculations,
data collecting software and data transfer programs.

Description: We
are seeking experienced instrument operators
of all types of surveying equipment. Ideally,
one would possess the necessary skills to not
only efficiently operate the instruments, but
help the party chief and other crew members by
watching for potential errors and oversights.
The person being considered for this position
would
be responsible for training other crew members
to operate the instruments, while being trained
on the basic duties of a party chief. |

Description: This
position requires proficiency in Land Development Desktop 2007, cogo,
file and directory structures, file transfers via e-mail
and ftp, data collection procedures, Digital Terrain
Modeling, and the ability to efficiently manage
the drafting portion of a project. Hand
drafting experience is a plus, but not necessary.
The ideal person will be a team player, a self
starter,
willing to learn, dependable and capable of meeting
deadlines. |
